splendid central stay
great proximitysuperb staffabundant selectionbare concrete
i enjoyed a short trip. The proximity to main attractions was superb. Every staff displayed eagerness to assist with my queries, i found this wonderful. The modern hotel offered sparkling cleanliness throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was abundant and varied daily, a great start to each day.
the fitness room was not completely finished. Some floor areas were left as bare concrete, i noticed this . The absence of finishing touches somewhat detracted from the overall experience. This detail is something i hope is addressed soon.

the hotel features a nice pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing, i thought. The spa provides various options for unwinding, including a traditional Turkish bath.

our beautiful double room included air conditioning. The room was very clean, with no visible mold. i found the tv to be equipped with many channels. a minibar was also present for storing cold drinks.

the hotel's front desk staff demonstrated really good politeness and friendliness, i observed. They checked me in very smoothly and offered a warm welcome. Several staff members spoke multiple languages, this made communication very simple. They answered every question clearly.

the breakfast spread featured plentiful options, i liked it a lot. Freshly prepared items were available daily. The variety of traditional Turkish dishes made each morning unique. i enjoyed the coffee, which tasted great.

the location was superb. i could easily walk to many attractions and the transport links were close. ahmad at reception was helpful with directions and suggestions. breakfast included a comprehensive selection and i especially enjoyed the omelettes. the hotel staff provided arabic support which was very useful for some guests.
the air conditioning in my room was quite weak. despite reporting it, the temperature remained too high for comfort. i found it difficult to sleep well because of this issue. i hope they address this .

the room design included thoughtful details. the space was very clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable. i had sufficient space for my luggage, and i appreciated the extra amenities provided.

The hotel is centrally located near several major attractions. the accessibility to public transportation such as trams and metro is a definite plus. many shops and diverse restaurants were nearby. I could quickly walk to them.

The staff offered an IstanbulKart for public transport use. This aided navigation. The hotel provided helpful directions to tram lines and tourist spots via hand-drawn maps. The room air conditioning worked well, manageable with a phone call to reception.

the location was good. it allowed for easy access to main attractions. the breakfast had a decent variety of options.
The air conditioning barely worked. i reported it multiple times. the staff kept saying it was fixed, but the room stayed hot. the wifi was also unreliable. It kept disconnecting. these issues really impacted my stay.
